Pros

Exposure to projects in many industries all around the world. Great to learn for few years

Cons

People's moral is down with the new president, zero mentorship of consultants or attention to junior staff. Come here for few years to learn, but leave as soon as possible before you become obsolete

Pros

The best people here are world-class investors. Excellent brand recognition, especially in emerging markets. Extremely diverse workforce. You will travel and do transactions / assignments in places you never imagined.

Cons

Very bureaucratic-- especially as you become more senior. People spend too much time getting in each other's way, and playing politics. Promotion based on politics and tenure, less on performance. The best people (especially people whose nationalities give them mobility) gain experience and leave.
