      Pros

      -I decide when to work and how much to work -The community is really great and helpfull -There are so many resources and manuals available that researchers can learn and grow their skills on a daily basis -Payments are always on time

      Cons

      -Questions are sometimes really hard, but you can choose other ones -Payments could be bit higher

      A friendly, hard-working atmosphere but the company needs to invest in its researchers more.

      Pros

      - The pay is consistent and on time (every other Friday). - The Wonder community on the Slack forum is always very supportive and friendly. - I am usually able to work any time I am available, so long as it is not during usual downtime periods.

      Cons

      - That said, work may not be available when I might need it most. - My effective hourly rate gets very low with questions that take longer to answer, and down to zero if my response gets rejected. This is extremely frustrating and very unfair. - I am left to my own devices to find out the answers to very specific, niche questions, sometimes. Using the Internet can be a limitation in itself when it comes to answering industry-specific research requests. Only those with industry expertise could answer it properly. - Such research requests occur when they slip through the Planning and/or Vetting stages. - I never received thorough training, which is needed to tackle problems that the WRC or Slack members can't address. The average question is complex, and there are no instructions or research strategies taught so you can approach any of the randomly assigned questions with confidence. - You have to figure out too much by yourself, and this can be stressful.

      Pros

      Fast paced, dynamic work environment with fun and very supportive people. The company embraces driving results for their clients based on data driven insights and strength of Research Network. Personal and professional development is prioritized for every team member. Even at the entry level there are opportunities to work with senior executives at influential companies across every industry.

      Cons

      Experience can vary based on case/team placement, but there are many opportunities to give feedback and work on many different teams if you'd like.
