I have seen consultants who have spent months on the bench which means that you are not going to get your quarterly bonus which will heavily depend on your billing ratio unless you are very, very senior. Limited opportunity for non-Indians to progress in the company. Company regularly abuses the H1-B process to bring over lower cost resources from India versus hiring locally (by working there I felt like I was complicit in the dishonesty). Management is lower skilled and there is a tremendous amount of jealousy/competition with regards to Americans, which creates a very difficult work environment - where being "better" is more important than getting the job done, growing the business and satisfying customers.
