Pros

Payroll is higher in comparison to other similar companies, at the expense of your personal time, stress and work/life balance.

Cons

Managers will send you mails informing when is acceptable to go to the bathroom or not. A lot of unpaid extra hours and if the job is not done they will point the finger to you next day instead of hiring enough resources to run the project smoothly. The workload is constant from the first minute you get into the office and until the time you are supposed to leave. You may get lucky if you get into another Wipro project but I totally do not recommend going into this one, get ready to cope with incompetent management in a daily basis. In case of conflict, HR will support them so you are basically on your own. Briefing: - No breaks. - Unpaid extra hours. - Constant changes in roster. - Constant workload.

Pros

Offered a job but didn't assist with relocating.

Cons

Offered relocation. Then required me to up front the cost. Wouldn't give me a relocation allowance. Took them 2 months to reimburse me. Then moved me again after only 4 months had passed. Requiring me to up front the cost again. The process is horrible and requires you to mail in receipts. Really horrible reimbursement policy and takes way too long.

Pros

Difficult to find a fact or situation that could be called a 'Pro'.

Cons

Young inexperienced Indian kids are sent to the US to work 50+ hours as salaried employees. This is not a consultancy company; it is more a sweat shop. Indian corp culture does not encourage critical thinking but a total submission to big bosses in India. Any suggestion for internal business is not seen favorably. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO AMERICAN consultants. They hire a few Americans to show diversity but 99.95% of employees in US are Indians.
