Cons
Managers will send you mails informing when is acceptable to go to the bathroom or not. A lot of unpaid extra hours and if the job is not done they will point the finger to you next day instead of hiring enough resources to run the project smoothly. The workload is constant from the first minute you get into the office and until the time you are supposed to leave. You may get lucky if you get into another Wipro project but I totally do not recommend going into this one, get ready to cope with incompetent management in a daily basis.
