1) Wipro provide good training in every field

Cons

1) Poor HR Policies, If you are lateral hiring then you will get first salary hike in your 3rd appraisal, means after 30 to 36 month of joining. 2) If you are joining in Band B3 equivalent to Technical Lead and your salary is more than 11.8 lacs, that means you are stuck.... what ever great you do in your rating you will not get salary hike ever in Wipro. And there is only one option left that is to exit Wipro. 3) Poor HR Policy - They have a policy of Band Inertial that means if you are Technical Lead for more than 5 years in same position, Wipro will ask you to exit. They will not promote you and then they will say that you didnt get promotion for 5 years so you have to resign even if you are getting OutStanding rating here. 4) Management is Poor, do not trust them they always do false commitment, even if they provide in written, they can repudiate any time.

Buildit is full of bright people who make excellent colleagues. The company's mission is to inject software strategy and delivery experts into relatively brief engagements to support longer-term digital transformation programmes and steer client initiatives in better directions than they might otherwise take.

Cons

By definition the clients Buildit goes after are large enterprises where, unless you're lucky, change happens at a glacial pace. This makes for a very frustrating environment if what turns you on is delivering good stuff quickly.
