      Pros

      They don’t pay their employees! There have been several times where they have lost or underpaid all of their employees and everyone has had to go weeks without getting paid. This is a disgusting company and HR only cares about themselves! They offer over time and won’t put it on your check as well. The management is very unprofessional as well as the environment. I wouldn’t recommend working here to my worst enemy.

      Worst Managers in Wipro with minimum professionalism

      HR processes are well laidout for such a big company.

      Cons

      Worst set of people are managers. Each Manager is in the company for 15-20 years treating employees as slaves. They lack minimum professionalism. They ensure that people who are close to them get all the hikes, promotions, benefits allotted to the entire team.
