      They provide equipment so I didn't have to use mine.

      If you enjoy getting screamed at by customers all day and getting no help from management this is a great place to work.

      Nothing worth mentioning. CEO continues to foster an ineffective leadership team dominated by Wipro veterans who has no clue about the industry

      Cons

      - poor culture - leadership team dominated by veterans who cannot understand anything about the emerging trends - practice 5 habits instead of preaching - don't brag about being the most charitable organization, etc. First treat your employees well.

      No pros in case for EAA and non- EAA professionals

      Cons

      -They do no have a policy for providing or supporting employment permits. -Wipro might say its a permanent role but the contract will always be Fixed term based on your visa validity. -Every small query or enquiry takes at least 5 escalations to get an appropriate response. -2-3 senior management employees have left the organization because there is poor chain of management. -No appreciation for work performed.
