Cons
- Recruiting, HR, and IT are mostly inept. People have quit in the 1st week due to this. This has been stated in surveys yet little has changed as there is no accountability for those departments. - Basic principles of communication, prioritization, & focus are rare - yet everyone thinks they are doing it well. This is exacerbated by the lack of common knowledge in many disciplines, despite tenure. Thus things are extremely inefficient, inconsistent, and of poor quality. - Being forced to use 7 days of personal leave during Christmas, and forcing so many people to do it that you basically cannot get any work done even if you tried
