      1) The work culture is very healthy and promotes self growth. The company conducts many training programs. 2) Good work ethics

      Cons

      1) Bit slower while delegating responsibilities to new joinees. 2) Need to clock 9.5 hours (even for support function) upon which your salary depends. Not the right method of measuring work done.

      1. As fresher ,don't hand over your bond letter until they tell you which training they going to give like you join with dream of software developer and end up in testing. if they dont tell ask them else it will be too late as later better you leave company but they wont change your field 2. bin 1,2,3 on training result is just way to pay good to one or two in bin 1 , bin 2 some 5-9 as satisfactory salary rest all of 30 poor pay feels shame to tell anyone of the salary given 3. BE/B-tech guys do the same as BCA,BSC-IT guys no more proud to be engineer 3. 9.5 hours is joke as people take night outs if work .else be present on desk even when no major work and manager keep sneak peak so pretend working even when no work 4. unequal work distribution like seniors do all enhancement(no development) work rest is all yours my junior. managers don't listen against Senior even when you are right . 5. do hard work but manager is give poor review comments no professionalism or keep buttering manager n do no work good appraisal comments 6. office always based far out of main city mostly at a distance of 1.5hrs 7. you will learn why all wait for sat-Sundays desperately after frustration of weekdays. 9.You give resignation letter then only you get release from project 10. knowledge transfer ie.kt is revenge on manager taken on guy taking kt as one giving kt 's manager don't want to hike his salary/designation so removing the dependency so no proper kt 11.manages do one to one meeting to listen your concern but at times not ready to do it in conference room but in odc itself so embarrassing 12.poor infra support 13. getting project is not of your choice 14.managers keep threatening of giving bad review comments in appraisal review so do or die any work given 15. if you don't fill time sheet auto annual leave will be deducted for the same day 16. believe me your all motivation to work will be killed working for this co. 17. senior people wont let u come up and always shadow your good work even take away your credit

      1.Wipro internal trainer are awesome 2.Online video tutorials is also very good 3.Allocation of location of choice but no many lucky to have this 4.Manages do one to one meeting to at least listen your concern 5.Your manager is not doing anything about your concern you can reach delivery manager 6.You may good technology profile

      Pros

      Used to be that the freedom to operate the way you want used to be the best thing about Wipro. This is fast disappearing.

      Cons

      Management does not understand the market or how to establish strong relationships with clients. The new CEO has decided to crack the whip and flog the sales force. In the meantime, the core issues of creating service offerings that are up to scratch, fixing the resourcing supply chain and pre-sales linger. Paper tigers get promoted to management positions with little evidence of meritocracy. The company's attempts to 'localize' the workforce have rubbed existing employees, clients and outsourcing advisors the wrong way.
