Pay is constantly compromised and even if you get a promotion it'll be months till you're compensated for it....Maybe... Little training yet expects high performance. Management will lie about your performance to the higher ups to save their butts. " Diversity" is only embraced if you're Indian. You can perform as badly as you want if you're Indian. Sexual harassment is ignored. Even if you report it to the manager. Only job I had that where management will go unpunished for literally screaming at you. There is no cohesion at all. This becomes even more apparent when you're put on the bench. Speaking of bench... You'll lose your job quickly because this company will do everything possible to ship your job over seas for cheap pay.
