Pros

Nothing much to tell. Trainings are good but that happens only at offshore. That to will not happend when you are in need.

Cons

Worst salary structure. Medical plan is not good. There is no way for a low level employee to get promoted easily even though he is doing excellent job. Progression norms are too bad and it is not happening to people who really deserve it. All in Manager hands. Recognition of good work is not there.

Job locations round globe so a better chance of finding onsite. Good work life balance if you are in a project like that

Cons

HR never interacts with employees Has an attitude that even if we loose this guy we can get "n" like him out there. Pays least attention to the employee till he finally decideds to quit. Managment is only intrested to use the employees for their on benifits. They denies you of any new opportunities out site the project you work for. Talks a lot about the facilities offered but the facility talked is not properly planned and hence will end up were the employee will wish it was not there
