      - Smaller company with a big brand name offers best of projects - higher visibility if you outshine (give your 200%), - Stable

      Cons

      - Zero respect for employees' personal life / bad work life balance - Lala culture - Employee Unfriendly HR policies - HR team - Dull & un-supportive. - No onsite opportunities (As they operate only in India, Srilanka, Middle East, Africa, Bangladesh) - Who would go there ???

      - Good focus on technology - Very organized and professional web sites for handling re-imbursements and other issues. - Onsite opportunities if you are lucky.

      Cons

      - People become leads with just 2 years of experience. - Very bad work culture and unnecessary pressure in some projects. - Resource managers can never be believed. - Very bad working atmosphere in Production support projects.

      Work life balace is okay. Good quality projects. You can learn a lot if you are lucky

      Cons

      Rest everything I ca think of is dissatisfying. Top management caomes out with all the schemes to make the only man as rich as possible. Least respect for employees.
