- Management only encourages politics - No respect for competency, performance, results or team work - Sales guys manipulate the system and able to sell onething and show in different ways to management to get the bonus...They bad mouth their own team and company and it is welcomed by senior management -Increasing Customer dissatisfaction and only thing they can do is throw some free dinners and rookies and try to divert them instead of solving the real problems -Work life balance doesn't exist at any level in the company...Is this not a sign for a disaster similar to Satyam?

Wipro has grown huge and management lacks control. No much of interactions with HR, HR sits in completely different geographical location. HR doesn't understands the problems of employees. They try to convience, instead of adressing the exact root cause. Wipro has process for each and every activity. Managers are forced to implement them, that boils down to more documentation, process docs updation to team members. They spend more time in that than working on respective tasks. This frustrates team members.
