      Great Place for Managers and to learn MBA like skills

      Pros

      Good Leadership Opportunities. Good training on People Management Skills. Good Opportunity to grow in non-technical managerial levels. Good Facilities in terms of Work Place environment.

      Cons

      Technical skills are not encouraged much as people skills. There is no formal training on new technical skills for higher experience levels. You eventually get pushed into managing people and very less experience.

      Pros

      Wipro was a wonderful company to work with till 3 years back. It used to be a place were leaders walked the talk. It provided opportunities in technologies and treated people fairly. It is still a place where the growth is pretty smooth and fair till one reaches Project Manager Level.

      Cons

      Wipro has become to big and insensitive to people. Announcing policies which are not logical and totally contrary to the principles that Wipro lived with till 3 years back. HR management and communication to the employees leaves a lot to be desired.
