      1. No rotation to other roles. 2. If you are billable then no issues. U will continue wat you are doing.

      They have olenty of clients. So they can keep the employee billed all the time. That way employee gets bonbuses etc

      Cons

      They have a poor management. Management does not respond to employee needs often enough. At time, a bad manager means, you simply need to quit the job
