      Great place for knowledge sharing and Process orientation. Once you work here you shoudl be able to fit anywhere!!!

      Cons

      Over a period the compesation gets stagnated. No long term career path at the moment. Seems to have lost sheen over the past couple of years.

      1. Good exposure in terms of working in a big organization. 2. Good to learn corporate politics. 3. Open organisation, can easily reach out to the HRs when required. 4. Awsome campus. 5. WASE - Excellent Program.

      Cons

      1. You have to fight hard for getting good learning opprtunities. 2. Poor management. 3. Most of the managers here are to get their work done through their reportees and they themselves just rest. 4. Poor transparency in appraisal proocess. Its a formality. 5. Resource allocation strategy is very poor i.e. you will be trained in X domain but will be asked to work on Y domain or not providing a required training in right time which hampers work performance that results in a under utilization of a resource.
