      There is no cohesion in systems & processes and no understanding/acknowledgement from leadership of the issues.

      Pros

      There are quite literally hundreds of programs in place that are positioned and intended to build organization and leadership capability and drive business results.

      Cons

      Despite the amount and quality of the programs available, there is no macro view from those putting the programs in place to address problems with technology used to deploy them. Senior leadership is focused on increasing margin at the detriment to it's people, a fact that is proven out in it's attrition rate.

      I dont think there is one Pro that i could mention about this company here. One of the worst place allover the world to work for. Managers really sucks

      This place is not sufficient to put in the Cons as well. If i would state 3 reasons for the frustations i faced in Wipro as follows. 1) Wipro Managers 2) Wipro Managers who knows only policy and nothing overhead 3) Wipro Managers who are fit for nothing
