      One month ahead of your billing end date you will get threats from Resource Management. And your payroll is frozen within 45 days if you cannot land a project. You are just a part of history for the org. You served for 25 years without even 45 days in bench over the entire 25 years. But another 45 days on bench in continuum and you are thrown away. There is not even any documented severance package. You are sent away empty-handed despite you helping the company generate revenues from your billing over the past 2 and a half decade. Think if you want to belong here.
