Hostile and abusive working environment. Sr Mgmt. If you are not Indian, your chances of being promoted are slim and you are told that during your reviews. It is evident from any signing bonus and quarterly bonus programs. If you are assigned to PHEAA watch out, in identifying data insecurities and potential mishandling of PII, instead of trying to fix the problem they tried to hide the issues and potentially put the customer at risk.
