Pros

They have good clients, good learning opportunity. The person may or may not work long hours, it totally depends on which client you are working with but expect long offshore calls almost every night.

Cons

Dont process Green Card. Even if they promise they will drag it. The person may or may not work long hours, it totally depends on which client you are working with but expect long offshore calls almost every night. Salaries are below national average, but mostly people coming from India do not get good salaries. Local hires can get good salary and promise of Green Card

Pros

Remote work available in some locations

Cons

The company culture is centered around escalations, daily meetings, multiple daily reports. Everyday you will be “escalated”, it’s a normal part of the operating model. They feel that’s how business gets done. You will find yourself sending multiple emails to get something done and they will go unanswered. Later, you will have to prove you sent the emails. Somehow despite your efforts, the blame will be left with you.

Pros

None other than you receive a oaycheck

Cons

1. Indian people management mentality. Cut heads to save money and work remaining employees to the brink. 2. Lack of communication. Will receive all notices over night as they are distributed from India. Most of the time the North America Rizing employees are forgotten, and receive communications just hours or minutes before scheduled calls. 3. Poor leadership. No desire to learn or know anything about Rizing, just force fit the WiPro ways when not applicable. 4. WiPro processes are inefficient and antiquated hence it takes 5-10 individuals to manage a process end to end. Great for the employees in India as they have carved out their little niche in the process. Frustrating for the North America employees who have to deal with these ridiculously slow processes. No desire to improve the processes, you are ignored when suggesting efficiencies. 5. Continuously push out women in leadership and replace with under-qualified Indian males.
