Its a good place for freshers to join specially if you are looking for a brand name. Also good place if you are looking for onsite apportunity.

Cons

For lateral joinee there is very little what this company offer. Don't expect any hike once u join max. you will get is 5-7% per year in India and at onsite there is no hike what so ever. For promotions you solely rely on the fact how good is your relation with your manager and not how well you performed. If you speak same language or you belong to same region as your manager your chances are golden. Managers only cares about your billing, they can even ask a developer to work as tester and vice versa.

Some times people get onsites, Work life balance is good in some of the projects, good facilities in terms of infrastructures.

Cons

Work wise there is no challenging work, Compensation is below standards, Managers are pretty incompetent and tend to fill you with frustation, lots of politics at work places,
