Good for Freshers Lot of onsite opportunities

Cons

You will be locked in to a single project or account for many years Compensation is very bad and below market rate. Lot of politics. No proper training will be given. Horizontal & Vertical concept sucks Training will be given only to Horizontal guys even if they work in same project and have equal amount of experience and expect vertical guys to to know everything by themselves. This will reflect bad is appraisal too.
