Pros

Same as any other company. If you are an undergraduate and want to do gradutaion then WIPRO is one of the best place but you need to stay for four years in the company.

Cons

Min. Working hours per day is 9:30 with/without work. Pay is medicore. Not much visibility. Alwasy thinking about how to mininize costs.

Pros

Good variety of project to work on. Good work culture (Though depends how managers handle it).

Cons

1. Pay Hike gradually looses out to industry standards. 2. Resources not valued as per their skills and experience. 3. Very bad and unfair HR (TED) Policies. 4. Relation with managers scores over skills and performance, managers not capable enough to drive and manage the business. 5. Favored people screwing projects @ onsite, and surviving to screw few more. Have seen Wipro loosing projects due to pt 2.,4. and 5.
