Pros
It's a global company with a trusted, 160 year old brand which commands a lot of attention. There are terrific people who work very hard everyday and it is a fabulous way to work with people of every nation, race and creed. There is a sense of teamwork.
Cons
IT infrastructure is like a dinosaur. Focus is only on the core business which has been in decline, so company is in denial and won't take risks to escape into a new horizon. It takes forever to launch new products.
