      Work Culture is very worst, Full of Partiality to female employees, even they do wrong, management don't care about it, No value for Male employees. Leadership is focusing only on Micromanagement, instead of Improving product and business globally. firing, firing, that's the only thing, they do with employees. fi they cannot trust their employees, what is the point of hard work. Leadership is filling the position with their favourable persons, No one is there to listen Good things.
