      Pros

      Great company with great culture. Loved the performance driven culture, very dynamic and fast paced. Great place for challenges and learning in all aspects (performance, interpersonal skills, functional etc). Flexible working culture.

      Constant change of management and direction.

      Old fashioned and highly politicised firm. Very top heavy. Lacks vision and understanding of today's world. Competence and hard work are not the way to get ahead.
