Pros

Decent salaries, sometimes they will reimburse tuition (depends on direct manager)

Cons

Run by headless Managers and Directors, with constant massive layoffs because the company is going downhill. No chance for growth. Most benefits have been slowly removed.

Pros

Huge growth opportunities, higher salaries than other tech companies in the area, collaborative, fun-focused office culture. Autonomy!

Cons

Competitive market and industry means deliverables are expected, and self-sufficiency is rewarded. Not a con for me, but if you dont have an ambitious, curious, go-getter attitude this culture is not for you.
