Work is extremely monotonous Training and feedback is pathetic, training you do not get to talk to anyone in case you have questions and feedback on tasks is not existent. Only confirm if your answers are right or wrong without explanation. Same with hour reporting, I asked why my stats were off despite me being on target. I shortly realized after that they measure you based on what their system and they think you should work, not how long tasks actually take despite estimated time. For example, I often got tasks for 6-7 minutes but there were 15 mini tasks inside of 1. If I complete with quality I’m penalized on time but if I focus on time I’m penalized for quality. Still got no feedback, no warning, just termination. Obviously I wouldn’t ask about my own stuff if I was trying to “get over”. Now I feel like all this info I’ve been trying to perfect was a waste but I’ve moved on to a competitor already who is much more reasonable.

Health and dental insurance benefits are only guaranteed if you work full-time. Cannot confidently say the same thing for those working part-time due to the amount of hours needed to meet the quota for those insurance benefits. Pay should be at least $20/hours instead of $14.5/hour.
