      I have never had a management staff I loved more

      Pros

      HR and management go out of their way to work with you on every front. I loved working here. The teambuilding and community here are top notch. The benefits are fair, and the pay is decent - especially for an entry level position.

      Cons

      A lot of the programs you're working with are oriented for neurotypical minds. They have a lot to work on as far as accessibility for neurodivergent peoples.

      Hard to get paid

      Pros

      The team leads were nice an accommodating to all that we had to learn in a short period of time.

      Cons

      It took 3 months to get paid. The same team leads just starting ghosting me after 6 weeks and I had to constantly find people to reach out to just to get an acknowledgment that I was owed money. It was so frustrating and washed away any positive feelings I felt about the work itself. Others still hadn't gotten paid by the time I did.
