Sometimes there's too much work! But that's not exclusive to Welocalize :)

Wish tasks were more consistently available, but it's a truly great gig

Pros

- Pretty decent pay considering you almost always have hours each week - Less monotonous than other AI writing jobs; the tasks can vary and be really interesting as well as challenging in a good way - Professional, regular paychecks, W2 employee, more ethical than most AI companies

Cons

-Some weeks you may only work 1 or 2 hours, but that's somewhat rare. It can be easy to get used to the regular pay and task flow and then one day you have nothing for a week. But they are honest about this with you and that's the nature of the industry for now.
