      Pros

      Looks good on your CV being one of the largest translation industries in the industry

      Cons

      So focused on profits and growth they've lost the human touch They talk a good talk, but really they are too focused on trying to be a 'cool' company, but really a lot of it is just hype... behind closed doors it is another matter. People are overworked and not really appreciated. It is a great shame.

      Contracting positions are temporary, you just get paid for what you work, no vacation days, just 3 sick days for a year...

      It's ok, but not great.

      Pros

      All the colleagues are lovely, as are clients and vendors. Working autonomously. Ok salary. Annual salary review. Company pension. There's a social committee which is a nice touch.

      Cons

      Middle management are only interested in their own progression. Not much scope for progression, no formal training. Incredibly high work load.
