Laid back environment Meet people from different cultures Some perks like snacks, coffee, etc. Somewhat flexible schedule

Cons

No paid holidays Treated like contractors, even though employed by WeLocalize Job dependent on clients they contract to, meaning less job stability Inconsistent promotion techniques Some people forced to work in basement with no windows, poor ventilation, and bad smells - truly not okay for humans to be down there 8 hours a day

No job security, they can and do fire people all the time because they hire linguists as contractors. Treated as disposable.
