Pros

Salary on designated time. Knowledge of the Industry due to my colleagues well entrenched knowledge not because of the company.

Cons

Take care of your indian management. They are rude to the employees. Your Project managers are very much playing divide and rule policy. Of 10 members joined , 9 members left the organisation due to this game. This was escalated till Global HR but still nothing can be done other than getting out of the company. The heaven or hell is created only by your immediate boss regardless the quality of the global organisation.

Pros

WFH policy, even pre-covid Some great local and global colleagues Benefits Flexible schedule

Cons

Where to start? This business is more driven by what the client wants, than by what the company can offer. There is no policy about being upfront with the client and some impossible things end up being promised and they fall on the shoulders of the PM to figure it out on how it can be achieved. The company is understaffed, working with mostly very junior resources and whenever someone leaves they are replaced with someone more junior. This puts a strain on the existing team members as even though they are overwhelmed with the amount of work they have to do daily, they need to supervise and train the newer members (1st job or even students). Overtime is over the roof and implied and when you start complaining you are not listened by upper managers and they tell you it's just a phase (which seems never-ending) Payments are below average for the city/country/role and when you complain about it they tell you the salaries are up to standard Even though a career path exists it's not applied the same to everyone and not everyone has the same chance to advance their career Technological transitions are a disaster and instead of making life better they only increase the workload of those PMs that need to deliver no matter what
