Unorganized management, lack of oversight
Pros
Flexible work schedule, work from home
Cons
•The only paid training is minimal, and if more training is needed, prepare to do it on your own time/dime. •Interactions with management will leave you feeling like you are inconveniencing them. •Intermittent work/lack of available work •The company can/will suddenly lock you out of work pending "review." This could last more than a week in some cases, and may cost you your position. •Pending said "review," employees may be removed from the program with little explanation. •The company hires too many employees which makes available work... less available. all the while employees are still required to meet minimum requirements. •The company is very impersonal and makes employees feel easily replaceable.
