They don't even do cost of living raises, much less merit raises. The insurance costs more than $200/mo, and you don't get copays or basically any coverage until you meet the deductible of $5000. When the client closes for holidays, you have an unpaid day (or around Christmas, more than a week) off. We've begged for changes just to be shut down.
