Did not really work there long enough to know all the ins and outs. Good pay.

Cons

Training could be better. Paint a bit of a bigger picture, would help tremendously especially in the beginning.

Pros

Flexible to work remotely and it is a bike friendly office environment. Colleagues are friendly and there is a very nice testing lab.

Cons

Very stressful environment and the managers were not helpful. Much politics going on, and high turnover. New employees do not get proper training and they pretty much learn by themselves. There is no investment made to develop its employee.
