Pros

The wage is reasonable, the workplace is nice, good coworkers that will help you get on board. If you're lucky you can work extra hours.

Cons

No health benefits, scheduling is disorganized, your hours might be cut. Few possibilities to grow, you can't use shuttles for commuting.

Pros

Great people to work with, very multinational Fun work with good variety Good pay and some benefits Beautiful office

Cons

Extremely disorganized Non-existent training Unrealistic time limits Employees are discussed and even ridiculed in front of everyone without regards as to who may be listening This is one of the most disorganized places I have ever worked for. If you are scheduled for an hour-long project, be prepared to spend at least 3 hours. Applications don't work, files are not ready, you are told to come to the office just to find out that you could have completed the assignment remotely or that you have to go back home because something is broken. One of the worst aspects is the lack of training. There is no training, and COMPLETE unresponsiveness from managers and project leads when asked about how you are performing. If you try to hunt someone down to give you feedback regarding your performance (or anything else for that matter) you are brushed off (usually rather rudely) because everyone is always under time pressure. Mistakes are corrected without informing the tester, meaning you have no opportunity to learn from your them. Instructions for new employees are extremely unclear and lack even the most basic elements. Another issue is the discussion of employees by managers and project leads in front of everyone-we can hear you. Do this in private. I have witnessed several discussions about how awful this or that person is and how they are horrible testers etc. My favorite: "Yeah, he's a total idiot, I don't think he'll work out." This is very unprofessional and makes me wonder what is said behind my back. When people make mistakes, they are told so in front of everyone - again, very unprofessional and probably embarrassing to the person. Call them into your office or do it when there is no-one else around to hear. No-one will ever answer your emails, ever.
