Pros

Pretty nice management Generally fast in response regarding issues you may have during contract work. Hooks you up with some great companies to work for.

Cons

Not much place for growth, you can make connections/networking with the contract work you get but even then depending on the company you work out - you definitely feel like an outsider . Also there aren't many great benefits - they don't even kick in until you've worked a certain amount.

Fair pay Company is very flexible with hours and employee situations Very multicultural as many employees are immigrants Good working environment and managers are nice

Cons

No (or very little) chance for advancement Testers are treated as contract employees so no raises Communication with management is lacking
