A ok pay and somewhat helpful QA leads for projects. A ok for extra income but not inconsistent.

Cons

For Linguistic QA testers( entry level), not stable and no advancement. Lack of communication when there is no projects. Some language have no works for weeks and everything is just silence as if you don't belong to their company.

Good human team, most of the leads are always ready to help you.

Cons

Lack of resources, impossible requests, spoiled clients, lots of unpaid extra hours and high workload which lead to stress and anxiety attacks.
