Pros

Totally flexible-work whenever you want People were nice and helpful

Cons

Work did include search rating, as described, but was mostly AI training work more than anything. Training was confusing and all training, which was a long involved process, was unpaid. Confusing process to onboard and get started, help was hard to find. Too many different email sites to keep updated on, too many weird different programs and too many weird different places to try and find the answers you need to do the job correctly. (They do offer extra programs to help train you, but this is still all unpaid and must be done on your own time!). There must be a more consolidated, efficient way.

Pros

It was a paycheck and THATS IT!

Cons

This company completely sucks! Management is extremely fake. People were constantly talking about you behind your back and then trying to smile and laugh in your face. They felt like you should be best friends with your co-workers all the while people are so phony. People were always secretly complaining about how they hated this person or disliked that person. Very negative vibes the minute you get off the elevator. Bad energy at this place. There is no work-life balance some people stay there literally all night and then wake up the next morning and go back. A few people got "promoted" with no salary increase but twice the work. They had this "we are your family now" attitude. Worst place I have ever worked in my entire life. So thankful to God that I am not there anymore. Terrible place to work.

Pros

The work is easy once you get the hang of it

Cons

I never write reviews for anything, but I feel compelled to warn people who are looking at this company as an option. KEEP LOOKING. Only accept a job here if you’d like to be overworked and underpaid. You’ll be expected to work 50-60 hours a week with no chance of overtime. There’s very little time off and your weekends are also encroached upon. This place has TERRIBLE work/life balance. Another review about this company correctly identified it as a sweatshop. I almost NEVER leave when I’m supposed to and I barely make enough to live modestly. The “bonuses” that you’ll hear about won’t ever actually make it to your bank account, so don’t count on those to make up for anything. Take my advice and take your talents somewhere where you will be appreciated, developed and compensated fairly.

Thank you, we do value employee feedback. While we recognize workloads at times may be higher than expected, we do take work balance very seriously. Welocalize will continue to work closely with teams to identify ways to promote this balance.
