      A Great Place to Start

      Pros

      Atmosphere of learning and advancement. Team-oriented. Advancement opportunities. Flexible workspace and hours.

      Cons

      Internal communication takes more time than necessary and projects get delayed. Processes are muddy and workflows aren't clear. Management is removed from what is happening with PMs and other team members.

      Good working environment. Opportunity to grow in a personal and professional way surrounded by an efficient team with great expertise.

      Cons

      Workload is not well balanced as PManagement, for instance, needs more team members. Tickets are not always solved quickly, which hinders the working process.
