      Pros

      Covid 19 has made the concept of the "Welocalize Family" very real. We have come together in careful and caring ways with transparency and open communication. How the company has managed through the pandemic is an example for others to follow.

      Cons

      Some systems/tools are in the process of being modernized. Once that it done, expect great advantages.

      You get a pretty consistent (timewise) paycheck

      Cons

      1. No pay increases 2. No paid vacation 3. No bonuses 4. Workload constantly increases and changes- no pay differential 5. 24hrs sick time- a year!!! 6. A lot of office politics 7. Supposedly diverse but you have to 'search' for it 8. Slave to their clients - your managers will NOT have your back
