Pros

I work with amazing people each and every day. They are passionate about what they do & make coming to work a pleasure. The role is varied & interesting and I have gained so much experience in my time here. Management are approachable & you will learn a lot from them. Salary is competitive, as are benefits (decent Annual leave, Pension, Health Insurance, Life Assurance, social events, tonnes of flexibility to name a few). They have put effort recently into communications & the CEO updates the whole company every 2 weeks where you can ask him any question.

Cons

Very often overtime/extra hours are seen as 'the norm'. While unavoidable at times, management often assume that that is now your core working hours.

Very flexible schedules Payment always received on time Casual dress code Possibility to work from home CEO is a nice person Opportunity to grow but mainly for IT careers

Cons

Project Managers are in training too so evaluations are not always accurate Only two holidays paid: Memorial and Labor Day and Winter break has no pay at all (two weeks) Salary is below the average for this job Some guidelines to complete tasks are unclear and subjective Not too much room to grow in certain teams
