All the people who work in the company are very loving, they always do activities to keep us connected and have a social life outside of work. They give you everything you need to do your job comfortably. Doesn't have many benefits

the salary is low, if you have to go to the office it is very far. You don't have much career prospects.

-They ignore anyone with management experience for promotion to management. -Refuse to negotiate pay. -Allow for increased performance expectations with no commensurate increase in pay. -The only people getting good benefits are the corporate stooges who think poverty wages are enough to live on.
