      Periodic fun employee participation incentives, company parties

      Cons

      Severe lack of communication, Disengaged Leadership, Poor Ethics, Low Employee Morale. Will terminate for reasons other than misconduct or performance at any time, including days before Christmas, as I was, with absolutely no warning, and over email.
