Pros

I love that you can set your own hours, and even though you are part-time you still get benefits. You work min 10 and up to 25-29 hours. Sometimes, there is an influx of data that needs to be rated so you can work more hours. Also, sometimes there are random projects that you can sign up for to get more hours.

Cons

The work can be tedious, I recommended looking over the guidelines every know and then because it needs to be done exactly how the guidelines are listed. The work is also timed, but there is a timer on the screen so you can keep up with it. You receive performance scores on a monthly basis.

Pros

Applied and heard back quickly. Search Quality Rater course is very helpful for understanding and hands on.

Cons

Spending hours on a training course, which in the end was a waste of time. A new hiring process clearly needs to be put into place.
