Pros
I worked here as a college student and it was easy enough to fit testing into my schedule, picking up more hours in the summer etc. The pay was pretty good relative to the difficulty of the work.
Cons
I worked for 3 years and after a while it got extremely dull, since most of the content was the same each time. It was very hard to get clear expectations of how much work would be available; sometimes I would go two or three weeks without steady work, then suddenly be expected to be available 20-30 hours.
