      some good people exist inside

      anonymity, deadlines, pressure, overload, overtime sending 200 emails on a day is not healthy while managing 2-3 large and critical projects this is beyond

      Very flexible, sometimes they have many tasks

      Cons

      They don't care about the employee's timezone, they know that I am located in Egypt but they still decided to add tasks for Egyptians at 1 AM Egypt time, and no tasks during the morning. The pay is really low, it can be as low as 1 dollar an hour depending on the task type. They decided to kick me out all of a sudden, they said that the decision was final and they're not reconsidering, but the email has not provided any reason whatsoever.
