Talent exchange opportunities, Transparency, the CEO is very much in touch with employees through bi-monthly meetings, care for linguists.

Cons

It can be chaotic and processes can be convoluted, at times, as in most of big companies.

Company has amazing culture. Work environment was very friendly and helpful. During pandemic time the entire team was very accommodating.

Cons

Work depends on the client and if the client shuts the project then you are out of a job. The company has to lay you off as they can't keep you on bench.
