The salaries are fairly low per job position and it is difficult to get an increase. Even if you demand and eventually manage to get an increase, it's usually peanuts and doesn't really worth the trouble. Although advertised otherwise, in reality, there aren't that many career opportunities available.

Work did include search rating, as described, but was mostly AI training work more than anything. Training was confusing and all training, which was a long involved process, was unpaid. Confusing process to onboard and get started, help was hard to find. Too many different email sites to keep updated on, too many weird different programs and too many weird different places to try and find the answers you need to do the job correctly. (They do offer extra programs to help train you, but this is still all unpaid and must be done on your own time!). There must be a more consolidated, efficient way.
